Silver coin of Prince Yaroslav the Wise
Stippling drawing of a silver coin minted for Prince Yaroslav the Wise (1019–1054) in Kievan Rus - the historical lands of today’s Ukraine. The original was discovered in Strängnäs, Sweden. The reverse shows the emblem of the Rurikids, and the coin was later reused as jewellery.
